Con questo acquisto chiedo al Consiglio Direttivo di essere iscritto in qualità di Socio a questa Associazione per l’anno sportivo 2024.
Accetto senza riserve lo Statuto, il Regolamento interno generale e di settore (se deliberato), che dichiaro di conoscere e condividere.
Mi impegno altresì a fornire l’opportuna certificazione medica d’idoneità, se prescritta dalle leggi e norme vigenti.
Approvo ai sensi dell’art. 1341 del C.C. l’articolo dello Statuto Sociale che mi impegna a non adire ad altre Autorità che non siano quelle dell’Associazione stessa e del Sistema Sportivo Italiano.
La pubblicazione di articoli, racconti, esperienze, foto, e in genere di tutti i materiali inviati dai soci è concessa a OVER2000RIDERS dai rispettivi autori a norma della legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633 (protezione del diritto d’autore e di altri diritti connessi al suo esercizio).
L’invio ad OVER2000RIDERS da parte dei Soci di fotografie e di qualsiasi materiale si intende a titolo gratuito. I materiali inviati, anche se non pubblicati, non verrano restituiti.
Dichiaro di aver preso visione del “Codice etico di comportamento”, di condividerne i principi enunciati e di impegnarmi a rispettarli.
I hereby apply to the Board of Directors to be registered as a Member of this Association for the sporting year 2024.
I unreservedly accept the Articles of Association, the general and sector internal rules (if resolved), which I declare that I know and agree with.
I also undertake to provide the appropriate medical certificate of fitness, if prescribed by the laws and regulations in force.
I approve, pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, the article of the Articles of Association that commits me not to refer to any authority other than those of the Association itself and the Italian Sports System.
The publication of articles, stories, experiences, photos, and in general of all materials sent by the members is granted to OVER2000RIDERS by the respective authors according to the law of 22nd April 1941, n. 633 (protection of copyright and other rights related to its exercise).
The sending to OVER2000RIDERS by the members of photographs and any material is understood to be free of charge. The materials sent, even if not published, will not be returned.
I declare that I have read the “Ethical Code of Conduct”, that I agree with its principles and that I commit myself to respect them.
Par la présente, je demande au Conseil d’Administration d’être enregistré comme membre de cette association pour l’année sportive 2024.
J’accepte sans réserve les statuts, le règlement intérieur général et sectoriel (s’il est résolu), que je déclare connaître et accepter.
Je m’engage également à fournir le certificat médical d’aptitude approprié, si les lois et règlements en vigueur le prescrivent.
Conformément à l’article 1341 du Code civil italien, j’approuve l’article des statuts qui m’engage à ne pas me référer à d’autres autorités que celles de l’association elle-même et du système sportif italien.
La publication d’articles, de récits, d’expériences, de photos et, en général, de tout le matériel envoyé par les membres est concédée à OVER2000RIDERS par les auteurs respectifs, conformément à la loi du 22 avril 1941, n. 633 (protection du droit d’auteur et des autres droits liés à son exercice).
L’envoi à OVER2000RIDERS par les membres de photographies et de tout matériel s’entend à titre gratuit. Le matériel envoyé, même s’il n’est pas publié, ne sera pas restitué.
