Accetto senza riserve lo Statuto, il Regolamento interno generale e di settore (se deliberato), che dichiaro di conoscere e condividere.
Mi impegno altresì a fornire l’opportuna certificazione medica d’idoneità, se prescritta dalle leggi e norme vigenti.
Approvo ai sensi dell’art. 1341 del C.C. l’articolo dello Statuto Sociale che mi impegna a non aderire ad altre Autorità che non siano quelle dell’Associazione stessa e del Sistema Sportivo Italiano.
La pubblicazione di articoli, racconti, esperienze, foto e in genere di tutti i materiali inviati dai Tesserati è concessa a OVER2000RIDERS dai rispettivi autori a norma della legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633.
L’invio ad OVER2000RIDERS di fotografie e di qualsiasi materiale si intende a titolo gratuito. I materiali inviati, anche se non pubblicati, non verranno restituiti.
Dichiaro di aver preso visione del “Codice etico di comportamento”, di condividerne i principi enunciati e di impegnarmi a rispettarli.

I unconditionally accept the Statute, the General and Sector Regulations (if approved), which I declare to have read, understood, and accepted.
I also undertake to provide the required medical fitness certification, if prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
Pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, I expressly approve the article of the Association’s Statute that commits me not to join authorities other than those of the Association itself and the Italian Sports System.
The publication of articles, stories, experiences, photographs, and in general all materials submitted by members is granted to OVER2000RIDERS by the respective authors in accordance with Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law).
The submission of photographs and any other material to OVER2000RIDERS is intended to be free of charge. Submitted materials, even if not published, will not be returned.
I declare that I have read the “Code of Ethical Conduct”, that I share its stated principles, and that I undertake to comply with them.
